Hello fashionistas! Today is very gloomy and rainy day. I had to run a few errands and ship a few necklaces today. My first stop was Walmart. I needed bigger clamps for my necklaces but unfortunately they were sold old. I got really frustrated but I was able to make due with what I had at home by using the smaller ones. I also went to the thrift store just to past time. I am very happy I did make that stop because guess what I ran across, yes you guessed it, a suede leather camel skirt. It was the perfect size, color, and in the best condition ever. The thing about this hidden treasure is that it only cost $2, what a steal. I have seen many suede leather skirts online and price ranges from $150-$2000. This is like one of my favorite thrifted pieces to date. You will see this skirt in a future blog post. Today I decided to wear prints. I love prints and the way it brings out personality and how the colors blend with each other. I decided to wear the classic leopard print and black and white stripes. These are a two of my favorite patterns. You can never go wrong with these prints because they coincide with each other. To complete the look added my African print necklaces to add a little color and flavor and toned the look down by wearing black pumps and my black faux fur clutch. This look was edgy, risky and also comfortable. You will definitely see these prints in upcoming blogs. If you are a person who is afraid to mix print or not sure how to mix print, I have a mixing prints posts on my style tips page which give details and also displays pictures on how to mix print. Check it and try mixing print at home and comment below your experience.
